    John Tortorella took accountability on Friday, but he certainly doesn't regret all of his moves

    On exit interview day, the general manager's final press conference is mostly about looking forward, to the looming offseason.

    For the head coach, it's about looking backwards, on the season that just concluded. So it was little surprise that John Tortorella spent the bulk of his final interview of 2023-24 focused on the idea of regrets, in the wake of his Philadelphia Flyers club just barely missing out on the playoffs.
