Kyle Schwarber hit his 100th regular season home run as a Phillie on Friday as the Phils beat up on the Padres, 9-3 in San Diego.

The milestone Schwarbomb was one of five Phillies home runs on the night. Bryce Harper, Brandon Marsh, Nick Castellanos, and J.T. Realmuto also went deep. Aaron Nola threw eight strong innings and Seranthony Dominguez pitched a clean ninth. The Phillies improved to 17-10, the team’s best start through 27 games since the 2011 squad that ended the season 102-60.

It’s all good stuff. The team is rolling. But let’s focus on Schwarber’s 100 blasts.

You can watch all 100 here if you have an hour to kill:

If you have less than an hour, here are some of the key Schwarbomb numbers:

20: The number of home runs Schwarber has hit in June during his time with the Phillies. He has 18 in March/April (an unfair comparison because these are the only months that include his 2024 HRs), 13 in May, 16 in July, 13 in August, and 20 in September/October.

66: The number of Schwarber solo blasts since joining the Phillies. He has hit 19 two-run shots, 13 three-run shots, and two grand slams.

21: The number of home runs Schwarber has hit with the Phillies as the first batter of the game. He has led off a total of 44 innings with a HR during his time with the Phils.

342: The number of Phillies games it took Schwarber to reach 100 home runs. The only player to reach 100 home runs with the Phillies faster is Ryan Howard (325 games).

483: The distance, in feet, of Schwarber’s longest home run. He did it with Howard at the ballpark.

65: The number of Schwarbombs hit during Phillies wins. 35 came in losses.

51: The number of home runs Schwarber has hit at Citizens Bank Park as a Phillie. His next two favorite parks: Nationals Park in DC (8 HR) and Petco Park in San Diego (6 HR).

74: Schwarber’s home run total when playing left field for the Phils (242 games). The other 26 HRs came as a designated hitter (99 games).

68: The number of Schwarbombs in at-bats where Schwarber took the first pitch of the AB (915 total ABs). He has 32 in ABs where he swung at the first pitch (348 total ABs).

8: The number of home runs Schwarber has hit as a Phillie in at-bats where the count reaches 0-2 (274 total ABs).

73: The number of Phillies Schwarbombs that came against right-handed pitchers (in 815 total ABs, which works out to 1 HR per 11.16 ABs). The 27 Phillies Schwarbombs against lefties came in 448 ABs, or 1 HR per 16.59 ABs.

17: The number of home runs Schwarber has hit against the Nationals as a Phillie, his most against any team. He has hit eight against the Braves, seven against the Padres, and six or fewer against any other team.

5: The number of teams Schwarbs hasn’t homered against as a Phillie: the Rays, Twins, Guardians, Orioles, and Mariners. He has played 18 combined games against those teams.

79: The number of home runs Schwarber has hit when batting first in the Phillies lineup.
