Yesterday, right in the middle of the show, Joe76 entered the confessional. Only there was no church, no wooden booth, no priest on the other side of the screen. Just the PHLY chat and a man looking for absolution. After years of defending Michael Jordan, of rejecting LeBron and everything he represented, Joe76 could no longer live with the weight of his basketball sins. And so, before the entire congregation, he made his confession.
“My name is Joe76, and I am a hypocrite. I love LeBron James.”
Raise your hand, Joe, if you were an MJ man.
I know I was.
Still am.
