I would move George no matter what. If I can get a couple of number one picks for him from some desperate GM who thinks his team is close and George puts them over the top, I do that first and foremost, and tank the rest of the season into the top 6 picks of the draft in 2025 (put Joel on IR the rest of the season and lose out). But if that is not an option, I definitely do the one for one swap for Butler. George is not working here, and Maxey as a 2 Guard is a better use of his skill.
