What a travesty, and what a shame for the rest of this team. He has single-handedly ended their hopes of avoiding the play-in, if they can achieve that.

Don’t you think they should seriously consider trading PG and whatever picks are needed for Markennen? He’s probably not enough with maxey and vj to be a contender years 3-5 but it’s worth a chance. In years 1-3 IF embiid is healthy those 4 are probably 2nd tier title team?

I love the phrase that is getting tossed around “win now mode” Seriously? Win what? More games, a playoff seed, division title, Conference title? I know we are not talking about an NBA Title. This team was going to barely sniff a playoff chance with George. As Kyle states they are closer to an 8th seed than anything else and we know what happens to 8th seeds? Dispatched with efficiency.
