Who ever wins Game 1 wins the series I think. It’s unlikely Embiid’s knee gets better as the series goes on. And while his conditioning isn’t the best right now, it’s more likely the knee isn’t providing him the lift he needs. His conditioning could improve and I’m still not sure it will matter if the knee is still balky.
