Kyle, I do hear you, but I think health trumps potential gain by exposure to a more egalitarian situation. If his story so far hadn’t been ruined by injuries year after year – which he believe in his own words also – the calculus might have been different. As it stands, there’s basically no excuse for him playing this summer. I want to see him REALLY act like a Sixers title is his priority, and I do not believe the indirect benefit you cite here (though sensible for sure) is worth the risk of playing.
