“We’re a good team,” was the word that came out of the clubhouse after they were swept out of Citi Field with three losses to the NL East rival – and far superior, at this point – New York Mets on Wednesday.
A good team?
Personnel-wise, pedigree-wise, track-record-wise, reputation-wise – sure, these guys are indeed good. There are a lot of teams around baseball, a lot of fan bases around baseball, that would like to have the Phillies’ problems.
