Free agency is officially set to kick off at 6 pm tonight.
While this year's signing period might not carry with it the same level of anticipation as last year did, when the Sixers had enough salary cap space to sign a max free agent in Paul George, there are still some crucially important decisions to be made by the Sixers in the days and weeks ahead.
And all of those decisions will be dictated by an increasingly complex collective bargaining agreement, which creates quite a bit of confusion over what the Sixers can, and should, do.
