Now that the All Star Game is over, we can look forward to the second half of the MLB season. The Philadelphia Phillies lead the NL East, and are clearly a very good team, but they aren’t perfect. What are your biggest concerns as the Trade Deadline is just 2 weeks away? Bullpen? Outfield help? Another power bat?
