Nesbitt certainly looks like he’s continuing his steep development trajectory. Feeling good about the bet on his upside so far

With the glut of quality RWs and (hopefully) LWs, I don’t mind a slower C playing F3 as long as they can get back on defense quick enough.

It was very encouraging to see Nesbitt make a quick decisive outlet pass because holy cow those defenders closed on him so fast.

So we’re all the mock drafts wrong on Nesbitt? It makes you wonder if other teams don’t have patience or do they not trust their development program. The kid is smart on the ice comparatively.

Kolosov and Bjarnason on the Phantoms together is great IMO. If Kolosove has grown up a bit with a better attitude these two pushing each other is the best scenario possible for both of them. Danny did the right thing moving the likable but older Fedotov, and perhaps his patience will be rewarded.
