I know it’s only preseason, but for everyone who was upset that Danny built a team that would neither bottom out nor compete for the last spot in the playoffs, this team certainly has the look of a last place team. Without Torts squeezing every last drop of competition out of this roster, we could be in for a 2006/07-esque season (though much more entertaining at least with Michkov and Zegras). I’m fine either way (and as a Penn State alum especially boy would it be great to get super lucky and land McKenna).

It seems that both Abols & Grebenkin held serve throughout camp. I sure hope that Michkov & Zegras will get a chance to play on a line together, if not, the PP will suffice.
