Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you enjoy the food and football this weekend. Let’s get right into this week’s ALLCITY NFL Power Rankings, with thoughts on all 32 teams:

Super Bowl Contenders

While more teams can still join the party, these four teams still appear to have enough to make a run to Santa Clara.

1. Los Angeles Rams (1) (9-2) – There’s no doubt right now that the Rams are the best team in the NFL. The only question is whether they maintain this level in January.

2. Detroit Lions (4) (7-4) – The Lions should get a huge boost from Frank Ragnow’s return. They’ve missed him a ton.

3. Philadelphia Eagles (2) (8-3) – A loss to the Bears on Friday might cause riots in the streets.

4. Buffalo Bills (3) (7-4) – Snip, snap. Snip, snap. Can’t figure out this Bills team.

More to Prove

These teams can’t be ruled out yet, but they have at least one major weakness and need to prove they’re serious contenders.

5. Seattle Seahawks (5) (8-3) – Sam Darnold gets a chance for his Vikings revenge this week. Or the Vikings get a chance to show why they let him go.

6. Denver Broncos (6) (9-2) – If the Broncos want to be taken seriously as a Super Bowl contender, Sunday’s game in Washington is a must-win.

7. Kansas City Chiefs (9) (6-5) – The Chiefs aren’t going away quietly, but I also wouldn’t be shocked if they lose to the Cowboys on Thanksgiving.

8. New England Patriots (8) (10-2) – The Patriots’ offensive line is suddenly being tested with Will Campbell’s MCL injury.

9. Indianapolis Colts (7) (8-3) – It feels like Daniel Jones and the Colts are slowly slipping back to reality.

10. Baltimore Ravens (11) (6-5) – I’m putting the Ravens on upset alert Thursday night against Joe Burrow.

11. Chicago Bears (12) (8-3) – Caleb Williams and the Bears have a big opportunity for a statement win in Philadelphia on Black Friday.

12. Green Bay Packers (13) (7-3-1) – This feels like a must-win for the Packers in Detroit.

13. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (10) (6-5) – I was already wondering if Baker Mayfield was playing hurt, but now he has a significant shoulder issue.

14. San Francisco 49ers (14) (8-3) – The 49ers move up a tier, but I still have major questions about their defense – and Brock Purdy.

Fatally Flawed

These teams are terribly flawed on one side of the ball.

15. Jacksonville Jaguars (15) (7-4) – Credit to the Jaguars, who won’t go away. But Trevor Lawrence needs to take care of the football.

16. Los Angeles Chargers (16) (7-4) – The bye week came at a good time for the Chargers, who get the Raiders at home before hosting the Eagles.

17. Houston Texans (18) (6-5) – The Texans have quietly won four of five, but they also just played four of five at home. We’ll learn a lot more with road trips to Indianapolis and Kansas City next.

18. Dallas Cowboys (21) (5-5-1) – The Cowboys are no longer clinging to (false) hope, but they’re definitely still clinging to hope. A win over the Chiefs Thursday would be incredible.

19. Pittsburgh Steelers (17) (6-5) – You don’t have to squint too hard at the schedule to wonder if Mike Tomlin’s streak of winning seasons is suddenly in doubt. We should also know better.

Clinging to (False) Hope

You can’t rule these teams out yet, but you also shouldn’t get too excited.

20. Carolina Panthers (20) (6-5) – Even with a loss to the 49ers, the Panthers have a case to move up a tier just because of the Bucs’ struggles. They could screw around and win the NFC South.

21. Atlanta Falcons (23) (4-7) – With the Jets up next, it’s possible the Falcons are only a game back of the Bucs by Sunday afternoon.

It’s Over

We can safely say none of these teams will make the playoffs and need to have hard conversations about the future.

22. Minnesota Vikings (19) (4-7) – It’s officially over for the Vikings. J.J. McCarthy is just playing too poorly for a comeback in that division.

23. Miami Dolphins (22) (4-7) – With the Saints and Jets up next, a four-game winning streak could be on the horizon.

24. Cincinnati Bengals (25) (3-8) – I’m thankful I get to watch Joe Burrow play football again.

25. Arizona Cardinals (24) (3-8) – There sure seems to be a lot of smoke suggesting Jonathan Gannon is safe in Arizona, but it’s probably worth waiting to see how the season ends.

26. Washington Commanders (27) (3-8) – It’s hard to envision the Commanders’ six-game losing streak ending until Jayden Daniels returns.

27. Cleveland Browns (29) (3-8) – I’m glad Shadeur Sanders is giving Browns fans a little excitement. Now let’s see how long it lasts.

Race for No. 1

At this point, securing the No. 1 overall pick matters the most.

28. New York Giants (28) (2-10) – The Giants are too good to lose out, but they’re still in the conversation.

29. Las Vegas Raiders (26) (2-9) – Will Pete Carroll be one-and-done in Vegas?

30. New York Jets (30) (2-9) – I feel bad that the Jets need to play out the rest of their season.

31. New Orleans Saints (31) (2-9) – I wouldn’t be surprised if the Saints win two or three more games this season.

32. Tennessee Titans (32) (1-10) – The Titans are suddenly a covering machine – but they’re still bad.
