Sign Willie Gay? His pass defense was worse than Morrow’s (according to PFF). You should be telling Howie not to sign any more guys with bald tires.

Thanks for taking my question & it was nice to hear it talked about on the show. I guess my point was more along the lines of how many coaches does Howie get to hire & at what point does the focus change from how the roster is coached to how the roster is built. I don’t think he should be on the hot seat or anything currently. It is interesting to think he is that locked into the spot at the moment.
