This stings.

The Flyers needed to win against the Buffalo Sabres to keep their season alive and John Tortorella went with Ivan Fedotov for his first NHL start to get the job done.

The Flyers played hard and generated some chances early, and Noah Cates finally got them on the board to tie the game 1-1 in the second period. But rookie Jack Quinn’s two goals late in the game sealed the victory for the Sabres, 4-2.

JP, Charlie, and Kelly break down the action and what this means for the tight playoff race.
