Wasted opportunity. This offseason is going to be so much more disappointing than people realize. There’s nothing in free agency. So you have to go the trade route and exhaust the remaining draft assets, because you have ZERO outgoing salary to trade. It’s going to be extremely underwhelming.

Whether by trade or FA, whoever they acquire has to be on Maxey’s age and time line, not Embiid’s. And use those picks, don’t trade them!
