How much is pick No. 16 usually worth, and should the Sixers trade it?

Staring down the potential of their favorite team signing a 34-year-old player to a max contract has a lot of Sixers fans begging for youth. Nowhere is that more evident than the conversation about this year's draft — with most of the league expecting that Philly will move this pick in some form or fashion, the fanbase is holding onto hope that they'll simply stand still and make a selection.
