Isn’t it great that Flyers’ GM went out and drafted their future 3rd and 4th line players for 3 to 5 years down the road. Good to know that task is in the bag. Great draft DB. Lots of second division 3rd liners for the pipeline. Really good thinking. Nice work. They have one elite prospect, MM, so that should suffice. It was smart not to trade too many picks in rounds 2 through 7 to move up in the 1st round and grab a top shelf prospect. Better to get quantity than quality. Great strategy. Well done.
