Finally, it feels like real football now that the Eagles have put on the pads for the first time in training camp. The fifth practice of the summer featured an emphasis on the running game, with Jalen Hurts and Saquon Barkley combining for a touchdown at the end of a practice that was otherwise dominated by the defensive line.

We also saw offensive line-defensive line one-on-ones for the first time, with one offensive lineman in particular having a rough session while a down-roster defensive tackle stood out in a big way.
