Eagles WR A.J. Brown out vs. Bucs; Parris Campbell, John Ross elevated from practice squad

The hope that A.J. Brown could play this week against Tampa Bay after he returned to practice on a limited basis Friday was dashed Saturday afternoon, when the Eagles downgraded Brown from questionable to out. The star wide receiver will miss his third game.
The Eagles elevated wide receivers Parris Campbell and John Ross from the practice squad to fill the depth chart at wide receiver. Linebacker Devin White was also declared out for personal reasons, although he was not expected to be active for this game.
