I would argue that the NBA is the most predictable of the four major North American sports leagues.
In hockey, a hot goalie (and the two posts and crossbar) can equalize a game real fast. In baseball, they move from the largest regular-season sample to a rather small one when crowning a champion. In football, one bad day and you are out.
By comparison, hoops can feel downright predictable when a team has to lose four times in seven games to get knocked out. Perhaps for that reason, people like to fast-forward to the postseason at this time of year. These two teams are definitely going to meet in the East finals. The West has a clear Top-4. Those type of things. But I would just warn everyone...
