The most bluster after the Eagles’ 20-16 win over the Cleveland Browns came from Nick Sirianni shouting at a group of heckling fans — Philadelphia fans, mind you — but it was otherwise a muted celebration. There wasn’t as much “I told you so” sentiments as usual, no grand declarations that the Eagles were back. It was a workmanlike win, and it seemed to be properly understood in the locker room.
