Vic Fangio pretty much told us what the deal was going to be, several hours before the 4 p.m. NFL trade deadline passed Tuesday afternoon.
The Eagles’ defensive coordinator said he hadn’t heard anything about the front office pursuing any trades, so “I’m assuming we’re not involved with anything, and I’m pleased with what we’ve got, and moving forward with it.”
Maybe reporters should have asked Fangio what he was hearing about the election. Could have saved us all some hand-wringing.
