LANDOVER, Md. — Jalen Hurts strutted through the locker room with sunglasses covering his eyes. When the Eagles beat Washington one month earlier, Hurts wore shades in the postgame locker room and explained how he passed the concussion test that was administered after he had been slow to rise after a hit. On Sunday against Washington, Hurts couldn’t pass that test. He was pulled from the Eagles’ 36-33 loss to the Commanders in the first quarter despite his push to stay on the field.
