For two weeks, Jalen Hurts could not practice. He could not study film. He could not attend his team’s games. He could not spend the time he wanted around teammates.
The when-will-he-get-cleared curiosity had been lingering since Hurts suffered a concussion on December 22. He officially cleared concussion protocol on Friday and no longer has an injury designation heading into Sunday’s game.
For Hurts, the challenge was not being able to spend his days as he structured them as a starting quarterback for the Eagles.
