PHILADELPHIA -- On Saturday, it was the line centered by Sean Couturier that carried the Philadelphia Flyers to a victory.
Three days later, Noah Cates and his linemates stepped up to shoulder the load.
Cates' first period snipe put the Flyers up 2-0, and then after the Penguins cut the edge to 2-1 in the second, the trio of Cates, Tyson Foerster and Bobby Brink took over, scoring three goals over the final eight minutes of the middle stanza and powered the Flyers to a 6-1 win.
