INDIANAPOLIS — Nick Sirianni’s trips to the combine include the annual task of explaining why he hired his offensive coordinator. For the third consecutive February, Sirianni’s first public comments of the offseason corresponded with the hiring of a new play-caller. The decision to promote Kevin Patullo was the big topic for Sirianni this week.
