All signs now point to Nick Sirianni returning as the Eagles' head coach but with a reworked staff. We don't yet know the extent of staff turnover to expect, but after the news broke Sunday that Sirianni himself officially fired Sean Desai and that Matt Patricia is opting to explore other opportunities, we know the Eagles will have a new defensive coordinator in 2024. If you count Patricia, this new defensive coordinator will be Sirianni's fourth in four seasons.
