All season? There’s a chance he can, for sure. You don’t spend four decades in pro football without developing a pretty thick hide. Maybe Fangio can sit behind the midweek microphone for 3½ more months as the flames consuming his Eagles defense mount, all the while maintaining that calm, gruff, distanced demeanor.
