I heard something I really liked this week, from Jalen Hurts.
The Eagles have started their offseason program, so they’ve offered news conferences with key veterans. Hurts spoke Wednesday at NovaCare, for the first time since the awful end of the 2023 season, three months back. Hurts was asked what he must do differently this coming season.
“I think really leaving it to no one else to set the culture in how I want it to be,” he said. “...communicating that to everyone above, and communicating that with my teammates. And carrying it (through working hard and consistently playing to a high standard). Just be where your feet are, and work.”
