With all of the debate and general consternation surrounding the lineup status of captain Sean Couturier, one might forget that the Philadelphia Flyers are very much in the thick of a playoff race.
But they are. And after defeating the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday and picking up a loser point versus Carolina on Thursday, the Flyers are in solid position to secure their first playoff appearance since 2020.
But just how solid is that position?
