Alex Bump, Jett Luchanko show more than skills in Phantoms playoff debut

ALLENTOWN -- The Phantoms kicked off their play-in series against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins on the road on Wednesday, coming in for the latest installment of what’s been a heated rivalry throughout the regular season, and coming out with what can only be described as a commanding win. 
There was a lot to like about the team’s performance in this one – indeed, Phantoms head coach Ian Laperriere was direct in his postgame comments, acknowledging that he loved every individual player’s game in that opener – but perhaps the most impressive showings from this game came from a pair of Calder Cup playoff debuts from newcomers Alex Bump and Jett Luchanko.
