Yes, the Philadelphia Flyers may be currently sitting in a playoff spot in the competitive Metropolitan Division. Sure, they may have the second-best points percentage in the division, and fifth-best in the conference. Their full-season underlying metrics indeed still rank in the NHL's top-ten by almost every public database.
