FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — There are few preseason storylines that fuel debate more than a backup quarterback competition. A close competitor might be playing time for the starters.
In that spirit, the Eagles' 14-13 preseason victory over the New England Patriots on Thursday hit familiar notes.
