When evaluating a franchise’s offseason, it’s always easy to say what you would have done after the fact. But what would your plan have been before you knew how the dollars would flow and the draft board would fall? That’s why each March, I try to step into Howie Roseman’s shoes and offer a guide for how I would have approached the Eagles’ offseason. The exercise is helpful because it requires you to be mindful of the constraints (and possibilities) of the resources in a given year.
