Eagles 15-step offseason guide revisted: How did GM Howie Roseman do?

When evaluating a franchise’s offseason, it’s always easy to say what you would have done after the fact. But what would your plan have been before you knew how the dollars would flow and the draft board would fall? That’s why each March, I try to step into Howie Roseman’s shoes and offer a guide for how I would have approached the Eagles’ offseason. The exercise is helpful because it requires you to be mindful of the constraints (and possibilities) of the resources in a given year. It also provides an on-the-record account to review months later, hold myself accountable, and compare and contrast my plan with what Roseman's reality.
