When wide receivers commanded attention before drafts in recent years, it seemed the Eagles needed one. The question was which player they would select. They whiffed on Jalen Reagor. They struck gold on DeVonta Smith. 
Now, the Eagles don’t necessarily need a top wide receiver — A.J. Brown and Smith form perhaps the best combination in the NFL — but in a deep class of pass catchers, look for the Eagles to add to the group.
