The Eagles drafted Iowa defensive back Cooper DeJean in the second round, moving up to No. 40 overall by giving up both second-round picks (Nos. 50 and 53), getting a third-round pick back, and also moving up nine spots in the fifth round.
DeJean, 21, is 6 feet and 202 pounds and played cornerback, nickel, and safety for the Hawkeyes.
