Well said, Les. I know it was against a bad team, but allowing on 75 yards of offense (and under 2 yards per play) is impressive. The defense is legit, and hopefully Carter will be back and (relatively) healthy soon. The offense was more efficient than flashy, but it was nice to see more variety on that side of the ball. I also worry about the repercussions of Hurts running too often, but I think that mixing in more runs (and him not taking unnecessary hits) is a good thing and will be necessary for competing with playoff caliber teams.
