For all of the talk about how great Roseman is with the salary cap, they seem to have made two very poor deals in their Slay and Bradberry contracts from last offseason. I remember seeing the numbers at the time and thinking there must have been some mistake, because of how casually everyone acted about both of them getting new deals. They are essentially stuck with both players through the next two seasons. I do not see the Eagles really being able to afford the two of them to continue declining, but they’re both at an age where that is the most likely outcome.
