“Somebody put a curse on us,” Jordan Mailata joked from the Eagles‘ gallows. Four days prior, in London, Mailata said the team’s bewildering loss to the Jaguars had capped his “week from hell,” given the Lane Johnson retirement and Cam Jurgens trade that predated the team’s eight-second collapse.
