What Lurie is saying is that the Eagles were targeting DeJean but Mitchell fell in their lap. He was not expected to drop that far. This is awesome and a solid approach. Eagles lucked out in consecutive years at the draft and made the most of it. My guess is EDGE/LB will be their priority this year.

Anyway, good interview. Regardless of what type of new stadium they build, I’ll be attending some games.
