In Egor Zamula, Matvei Michkov doesn't just have a countryman, a translator, and a new friend.
He has a temporary roommate.
“Good kid, still (a) kid," Zamula told PHLY last week. "He needs to learn a lot, because it’s a different country. It’s tough for him. But I spend 24 hours with him (right now), we are staying together right now."
Michkov's mother Maria and his brother Prohor joined Matvei in North America last month, and they've been living with the Philadelphia Flyers' top prospect as he transitions to a new league and country. But they're not alone in their abode. At least for now, Zamula is staying with them, too.
