The famous sandwich Gaul & Co is known for is the Witorwitowski\, a kielbasa cheesesteak marrying the philly sandwich with the Polish culture of Philly. It was featured on Triple D with Guy Fieri calling it a destination sandwich.  \n\n\n\nThe sandwich features shaved kielbasa\, carmelized onions\, and house made Cooper cheese sauce. Make it the Good Day brunch version and add fried mozzarella and eggs.
