The only thing I saw in this piece is the unbelievable fact that Owen Tippet somehow had ZERO power play goals this season.

This article really makes the point that the Flyers are packed with third and fourth liners, perhaps a second division second liner (Konecny), and probably a future first line wing in MM. That’s it. They are in serious need of first line elite talent, and second line talent worthy for a championship caliber team. Is it time to trade Konecny for a couple of first round picks, hopefully from a team that is likely to have a high draft position next year? Or move him on draft day with one of their first rounders to move up into the top 10 of this draft, hunting for a 1-D or another 1-W? What happened to him the second half of the season? What a drop-off. Wow.
