This was Ersson’s best game of the season, and I don’t think it’s particularly close. He actually made all of the saves he should (which is what normally kills him) and also had some really tough ones. That one glove save from the shot on the right circle was a beauty. Come on man, let’s see some more of this so we don’t have to hear the “Ersson was better than his numbers” BS.

Solid games by your 3 stars. I would almost put Sam as first star as he had his best night all season between the pipes. TK did look good as he took charge all night. I especially liked where he got his points, down low. Zegras continues to be their most consistent player other than Vladar. Great back to back victory which has been rare with this team.

Konecny played very well, but I believe that his amazing assist resulted from fanning on the shot.
