Oh no, we suck again!

It is so hard to not be apathetic to this franchise. Starting to feel like the CF days with DB and KJ.

WHAT? The Flyers will miss the playoffs? Oh what shall I do? Let’s see.
Leaving next week for Clearwater, bought tickets for the 2026 Phillies season, tickets for the opening round oof the PGA championship at Aroniminck, a visit to Maine to see family.
Check.
Check.
Check.
Check.

Flyers away bag filled and ready to go, just like it has been for several years.

This team and the way they play…it might be the most boring team to watch in the NHL.
I can’t understand anymore, the idea that they should trade any players doing well on the team for future draft choices.
With endless recent draft choices being rated right on this site as having 3rd line or 3rd pair potential at best, and rarely seeing the team bring up any of them even for spot appearances, makes one ask the question: Why not just make trades for established players if the organization can’t develop the players they draft?
A better idea: Why not change the people who are in charge of making these draft choices? How about those in charge of developing those choices? This organization once again appears to keep going in circles….It’s just same old, same old

This game can be summed up as a missed opportunity. The game was there for the taking and the Flyers just didn’t grab hold and finish their chances.
