That was absolutely a dirty hit – Ross may not have INTENDED to injure Drysdale, but that’s no excuse. When you blindside someone, there is always the chance that it will injure them seriously.

The Flyers better remember this come March.

What a dense game with so many story lines. Great job capturing all that went on in a game that featured great goals, great hits, dirty play, and animosity! The start to the game was horrendous with Quitter scoring early, the game was so great that it would end up only being a footnote. Great job in naming the crowd a star, well deserved! This is now a must-see game to look forward to every season!
