Man, its interesting to see the contrast between stats and eye test.
To the eye test, Drysdale pops far more often than Sanheim offensively. And i am really surprised to hear that Cates has 11 points in 12 games – i was thinking during the game that while he’s got a couple of goals recently, he’s also not really popped much outside that.

The data as you analyzed shows that the Kings had the puck more but the Flyers did more with the puck once they had it. Hence the percentages in their favor. Couple this with their decent shooting percentage that you have pointed out previously, the Flyers are turning into a team on the rise, if only they could keep possession more. If this keeps up, the Flyers might be onto something. The Cates line is really standing out lately as the chemistry between Cates and Michkov is evident. Add Foerster to this line next season and it really could be something. The numbers for Sanheim in this game were impressive, nice job highlighting him! Andrae also was impressive with his dual role, he may prove valuable after all. Also, some credit needs to go to the coaching staff for their foresight here.
