TK has been well short of what I expect from him. I don’t know what is wrong but you are correct in pointing out multiple miscues handling the puck. Tough to make shots when the puck keeps bouncing off his stick!

It’s not just TK – even Michkov has looked mostly absent, even when he is scoring points.

Everyone gave Torts grief for supposedly being a coach who would stifle his players’ creativity and for punishing Michkov – yet both Michkov and TK had excellent seasons under Torts, whose approach was sound defensive structure and leaving the players to use their creativity in the offensive zone.

At what point do we look at Tocchet’s structure and whether it is stifling the creativity of the players? What rocket science structure is he trying to impose that players can’t figure our even in a quarter of a season?

Geez Charlie . That’s harsh. I thought the Flyers competed and were not good enough to finish vs a top goalie . One out of 82. Flyers looked like a .500/bubble team playing against a defensive minded top team .

The anti fighting people won’t like this but I agree with the pick for first star and would have made Nic Deslaurier at least the second star, he got the decision against that 6’9″ monster providing the Flyers highlight of the night in what otherwise was a complete snooze fest.

Deslauriers deserves some credit for caring enough to try and give the team some jump. I agree about the 1st star ⭐️ since that game was excruciating to sit through…
