Because he got the most out of a team of young players who are not, individually , part of the NCAA hockey “elite”, this man should be strongly considered a good match to a young NHL team that are, in large part, not among NHL elite players. In addition, he devised successful strategies against multiple more talented teams to win the NCAA title. I cant think that Flyers can afford to pass up the chance to pass him up.
